Core is not a separate plan. It becomes available when at least one paid Barkly product is active.
Your Barkly checkout or order form will identify the selected products, active-employee quantity, rate, minimum, billing frequency, first charge, renewal period, and cancellation terms before you authorize payment.
Terminated and archived employees, Barkly support accounts, and temporary setup accounts are excluded from the billable employee count.
Annual subscriptions are prepaid for the year. The discounted employee rate and discounted annual minimum are both shown above.
Stripe processes payment details and recurring charges. Barkly Connect is designed not to store your full card number.
Checkout and billing records show what you selected, how quantity was measured, the billing period, and applicable taxes.
Multiply the number of active employees by the rate for your selected product combination. If that amount is below the applicable minimum, the minimum becomes the subscription price.
Choose any one of Communication, Feedback, or Documentation; any combination of two; or all three. Core is included with each option and is not available by itself.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are prepaid and renew annually at the disclosed rate unless canceled.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access generally continues through the period already paid, and canceling does not normally create a prorated refund or partial-period credit except where required by law.
The payment may be retried and you may be asked to update the payment method. Continued nonpayment may lead to restricted functionality or suspension after reasonable notice.
